Browse our custom lanyards for conferences, trade shows, festivals and everyday office use. The range includes long and short neck lanyards, wrist straps and bracelet-style lanyards, with options such as a carabiner, safety breakaway, metal ring or retractable holder. You will also find materials ranging from recycled rPET and polyester to polyamide and cork.

Start by deciding what the lanyard will carry: visitor badges, staff passes or keys. A safety breakaway is useful where the strap could catch on something, while a carabiner or ring makes it easy to swap accessories. If sustainability matters, choose an rPET model. A wider strap gives more room for a logo and text, while a slimmer one looks more discreet.

Printed lanyards are most often made with dye sublimation, which gives full-colour artwork along the whole length of the strap. For smaller areas, such as a carabiner or pendant, we can offer laser engraving, pad printing, screen printing, doming or digital UV printing. You receive a free proof before production, and finished lanyards work well for event delegates, staff and partners.

Is there a minimum order quantity?

There is no minimum quantity. However, the larger the run, the lower the unit price, so ordering in bulk is more cost-effective for events and big teams.

Which print method is best for lanyards?

Sublimation is the most popular choice, as it gives full-colour logos and patterns along the whole strap. Metal and other small parts are better suited to engraving or other print methods.

What is the difference between a carabiner, a safety breakaway and a retractable holder?

A carabiner lets you clip accessories on and off quickly. A safety breakaway opens if the lanyard gets snagged, while a retractable holder lets you pull a pass to a reader or show it without taking the lanyard off.

Can I get a lanyard in my own design and colours?

Yes. With sublimation models you can use your own logo, colours and pattern. We send a free proof for approval before production starts.
