When choosing, start with how the mug will be used. An espresso cup suits coffee points and hospitality, a 300–350 ml mug is a versatile everyday option, and a 450 ml porcelain mug works well for tea and larger drinks. A matt or metallic finish gives a more premium feel, while a classic white mug is a dependable choice for larger runs. The print method depends on your artwork: screen printing and wraparound screen printing suit simple, solid-colour logos, digital UV printing and digital transfers handle detailed or multicolour designs, pad printing works on smaller areas, and laser engraving gives a durable single-colour mark. Low- and high-temperature firing produce especially hard-wearing prints.
