The VINGA Hattasan is a chef's knife made of Japanese stainless steel (420 J2). The blade is very sharp and keeps its edge for a long time. It is wide and slightly curved along the cutting edge.
It is a versatile knife for everyday kitchen work. You can use it to peel, slice and chop vegetables and to trim meat. The knife measures 32.5 × 4.5 × 1.8 cm, weighs 207 g and comes in a steel finish.
