The VINGA Kaiser is a santoku knife with a 14 cm blade made of German X50CrMoV15 steel. The handle is made of Pakkawood. The shape of the handle gives a secure grip, and the blade is well balanced for comfortable work in the kitchen.
The knife is 25.5 cm long and weighs 110 g. It comes in a steel colour with a dark wooden handle. The santoku shape is suited to slicing, dicing and chopping vegetables, fish and meat.
The logo is applied by laser engraving on the knife in an area of up to 30 × 10 mm. The engraving is durable and neat, so the knife works well as a corporate gift for clients, partners or employees, especially in the restaurant, food and household sectors.
