The Impact AWARE™ classic beanie is a lightweight knitted hat for everyday wear all year round. It is made from acrylic with recycled Polylana® yarn. This fibre combines recycled and virgin yarn. It needs less energy and water to produce than standard yarn, and it keeps the properties of an acrylic and polyester blend.
The beanie has AWARE™ tracer technology built in. It verifies the use of genuine recycled materials and the stated water reduction. Choosing this beanie saves 5 litres of water compared with conventional fibre. The figure is based on LCA data published by Textile Exchange. 2% of the proceeds from each Impact product sold go to Water.org. The beanie measures 21 × 21 × 1 cm and comes in navy blue.
You can place your logo on the front of the beanie, in an area up to 100 × 50 mm. Options include embroidery, a printed patch with an embroidered edge, or an engraved PU leather patch. This beanie suits promotional gifts, staff packs and company clothing ranges with a focus on responsible production.
