The VINGA Kaiser Fillet Set contains everything needed to prepare fish. It includes a filleting knife, a steel-mesh glove and a metal soap. The knife is made of German X50CrMoV15 steel and has a Pakkawood handle. The comfortable grip and well-balanced blade make it easy to cut with control.
The steel-mesh glove improves your grip on the fish and protects your hand from cuts. The metal soap helps remove fish and onion odours that ordinary soap often leaves behind. The blade is 21 cm long and the set weighs 595 g. It comes in a steel colour.
You can add your logo by laser engraving on the knife, up to 35 × 10 mm, and by pad printing on the box, up to 60 × 30 mm. The set works well as corporate gifts for clients, partners and employees, especially in restaurants, catering and the fishing industry.
