The VINGA Monte Heritage braiser is made of solid cast iron with an enamel coating in sober colours. The lid has a brass-coloured knob, and the overall look recalls a French bistro kitchen. Two sturdy handles give a secure grip and make it easy to carry the pot to the table.

The interior is slightly more textured than the exterior. Over time it develops a natural non-stick patina, which makes cleaning easier and improves cooking results. You can use the braiser for frying, small casseroles and sauces, and also for baking in the oven. It works on all hob types, including induction. The 2.5 L capacity suits small portions. The braiser measures 33.9 × 26.7 × 10 cm and is available in black, grey and blue.
