The BYPRO RPET is a bicycle saddle cover made from RPET, a fabric produced from recycled PET. An elastic rubber trim around the edge holds the cover in place on the saddle.

The cover measures 23.5 × 26 × 7 cm and weighs only 9 g, so it takes up very little space. It is available in black and white. Sublimation printing is possible on the white version only.

The top surface is the print area and stays clearly visible on a parked bike. You can apply your logo by screen printing, sublimation, transfers or reflective transfer. This makes the cover a practical choice for promotional gifts, cycling events and sports campaigns.

Printing methods

  • Screen printing: up to 1 colour. Suits larger runs and gives a durable print with good colour density.
  • Sublimation: full colour. The ink bonds with the material and does not rub off.
  • Screen print transfer: up to 8 colours. Works well for smaller runs and more demanding surfaces.
  • Digital transfer (DTF): full colour. Suits designs with photos and gradients, with no limit on the number of colours.
  • Reflective transfer: up to 1 colour. The logo reflects light and stays visible in the dark.
